Connect Marion is a project planned by myself and two individuals in the University Fellows Experience: Devin Kodsi, and Lucy Besch. The paper below is the action plan for our project to help bring awareness to the lack of wide broadband access in rural Alabama, and specifically Marion, AL and the surrounding Perry County. We worked with several local leaders and companies to bring awareness to the issue and we collected many statements to contribute to the FCC's rural broadband access program.
